When you fill in the contact form on our website, we collect the following data:

2.3 Data Not Collected

4. Retention Period

  • Contact form data: kept for the period necessary to respond to the request and, in the event of a contractual relationship, for the applicable legal period (up to 10 years for accounting documentation).
  • Analytics data (GA4): anonymised and kept for 14 months (Google Analytics default setting), after which it is automatically deleted.
  • Consent cookie (lt_consent): valid for 12 months, after which a new preference is requested.
