Challenge
FSAS Technologies — through the agency Tonic Events — held its annual corporate event at Central Tejo, the former Lisbon power station that now belongs to the MAAT museum. A single day with three entirely different registers: the auditorium presentations, the sunset cocktail and the candlelit dinner. Each with its own light and pace, and the brand having to stay legible across all of them.
Approach
We followed the programme from start to finish, working discreetly. We photographed the guests arriving, the registration desk, the speakers on stage before a full auditorium, and the brand wherever it appeared — merchandise, signage, backlit panels. Late in the afternoon the conversation moved outdoors, with a DJ and a saxophonist, where guests networked over cocktails at sunset. At night, dinner beneath a candlelight installation of thousands of candles, to a string quartet.
Result
A curated, ready-to-use selection delivered on deadline — meeting the standards of both a production company and the end client. An archive covering the whole event, from stage to dinner, serving institutional communication, social media and the agency itself.
