Challenge
HAVI opened its new TechHUB in Lisbon, overlooking the Tagus, in front of the leadership team, VIP guests and Lisbon City Council. An opening is a moment that does not come round again: either it is recorded on the day, or it isn't.
Approach
We told the building's story from the outside in — an aerial view, the entrance signage — and moved through to the speeches on stage. Then the cocktail in the courtyard, where we photographed the networking and the candid conversations, portraits of the leadership and guests, group photos of the team, and the detail of the décor and branding.
Result
A complete record of the opening, ready for institutional communication, press and social media — turning a single evening into a brand asset with years of use.
