WAEG Corporate Retreat
Challenge
WAEG (IBM group) took its teams to a corporate retreat between Cascais and Peniche — surf, yoga, activities and networking. The challenge: to capture the human side and the company culture outside the office, without losing brand presence.
Approach
We followed the activities as if living the moment — from the beach to the conversation — with a natural, energetic register that elevates both the people and the brand in the environment.
